(“pluckphoto, we or us”) collects, uses, and discloses information obtained through your use of the pluckphoto mobile application or any other the software applications made available by us for use on or through computers and mobile devices (the “App”), websites operated by us from which you may be accessing this Privacy Policy (the “Site”), as well as through email messages that we send to you that link to this Privacy Policy (collectively, the App, Site and other services provided by us, the “Service”). For example, if you elect to connect your social media account to your account (if such feature is made part of the Service), certain Personal Information from your social media account will be shared with us, which may include Personal Information that is part of your profile or your friends’ profiles on that social media service (or another linked service).
We may use a third-party payment service to process any payments made through the Service. If you wish to make a payment through the Service, your Personal Information may be collected by the third party, and not by us, and will be subject to such third party’s privacy policy, rather than this Privacy Policy. We have no control over, and are not responsible for, such third party’s collection, use, and disclosure of your Personal Information.

The Service does require accessing your photo gallery or library on your phone, however, other than photos selected for printing and mailing to you, we do not give access to your photo gallery or library to any third party.

We and our third-party service providers may collect Other Information in a variety of ways, including through your IP Address, mobile device, or browser, or through the use of technologies such as cookies, beacons, tags, and scripts. The Service is not directed to individuals under the age of thirteen (13), and we request that these individuals do not provide Personal Information through the Service.
